Level 1: Relax
During the stay : Less than 10 km per day and less than 600 D + per day. The outings can last up to 3 hours in the mountains. Low-tech paths
Prerequisites: Running once a week for 1 hour.
Physics: You can run for 1 hour without stopping. You occasionally practice endurance sports (Trail, cycling, hiking, skiing, etc.). During the course you will be in good physical shape.
Technique: No prerequisite
Level 2: Moderate
During the stay : About 10 km per day and up to 800 D + per day. The outings can last up to 4 hours in the mountains. Some passages that can be technical, mostly easy paths
Prerequisites: Running once a week for 1 hour.
Physical : You can run for 1 hour without stopping. You occasionally practice endurance sports (Trail, cycling, hiking, skiing, etc.). During the course you will be in good physical shape.
Technique: No prerequisite
Level 3: Supported
During the stay : From 15 to 25 km per day and from 1,000 to 2,500 D + per day. The outings can last more than 6 hours in the mountains. All types of trails and paths, from easy to technical.
Prerequisites: regular training several times a week, with long outings (more than 2 hours)
Physics: You regularly practice endurance sports (Trail, cycling, hiking, skiing, etc.). During the course you will be in very good physical shape.
Technique: You are comfortable on all types of trails and can meet technical (scree, snowfields, steep slope) and aerial passages.
Level 4: Extreme
During the stay: From 20 to 50 km per day and more than 1,500 D + per day. Outings can last more than 10 hours in the mountains. All types of trails and paths, from easy to very technical.
Prerequisites : regular training several times a week, with long outings (over 2 hours) and experience in long trail running (over 40 km).
Physical : You regularly practice endurance sports (Trail, cycling, hiking, skiing, etc.). During the trip you will be in excellent physical shape.
Technical : You are comfortable on all types of trails, including technical (scree, snowfields, steep slopes) and aerial passages.
