Who are we ?

To develop its activities, Trails in France is looking for a trainee or alternating for the 2021 season to support digital communication, community management and develop the brand image of Trails in France.

In summary...

You will work in close collaboration with the two founders, mountain professionals, and you will evolve under the responsibility of the marketing manager to develop the Trails in France community and improve the image of our agency.

What you will do

• Management of the photo library (organization, labeling, follow-up)
• Arrange for photos and videos to be taken in the field (by you or someone else)
• To produce videos on all our courses
• Collecting photos of the courses
• Making and editing videos
• Propose actions to grow or animate our community
• Prepare posts on social networks
• Suggest topics and write blog posts
• Suggest actions to improve referencing
• Propose new advertising formats, and manage sponsored ads.

This course is for you if...

• You are curious about everything, and you like to learn
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit
• You are independent in your work, and adapting to situations does not scare you.
• You have a taste for teamwork and contact with others
• You are fluent in English (or at least, you want to get better at it)
• You have your B license
• You know how to edit videos, and you know how to make videos very well

The conditions...

• Internship agreement (legal gratification of internship)
• Internship from April to September 2021 (from 8 weeks to 4 months depending on profile).
• Place of training: Les Adrets (between Grenoble and Chambéry), Grenoble and surroundings (telecommuting possible)

To develop its activities, Trails in France is looking for a trainee or a student to support the Trail and Orienteering product manager and to organize our next trail training course departures.

In summary...

You will work in close collaboration with the two founders, mountain professionals, and you will evolve under the responsibility of the Trail and Orienteering product manager. Your goal? Make our trail trips the best they can be!

What you will do

• Prospect and customer management
• Preparation of departures and logistical management of courses
• Creation of new products
• Find new French AND English speaking clients
• From time to time, accompaniment of the pedagogical support team in the field

This course is for you if...

• You are studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in sports management, event management, tourism, management or business management
• You are independent in your work, and adapting to situations does not scare you.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit
• You have a taste for teamwork and contact with others
• You are fluent in English (or at least, you want to get better at it).
• You have your B license
• You practice nature sports

Don't forget to tell us if...

• You have experience (or a diploma!) in the supervision of sports trips
• Have you ever worked in a travel agency
• You are very good in English
• You are the best at making videos or websites
• You are used to telecommuting
• Spelling is your hobby, you never make mistakes!

The conditions...

• Internship agreement (legal gratification of internship)
• 3 to 6 month internship (35 hours per week) or work-study/apprenticeship contract depending on profile
• Place of training: Les Adrets (between Grenoble and Chambéry), Grenoble and surroundings (telecommuting possible)

What you will do...

• Establish a diagnosis for an athlete.

• Accompany athletes in their training in trail and/or running.
• Develop a training plan with work blocks and phases blocks and phases of work adapted to the objectives of an of an athlete (PPG, PPS, recovery, etc...).
• Personalize training by taking into account the athlete as a whole: gender, sporting history, current level, training sessions, professional activity, injuries, etc...
• Adjust the continuous planning according to the athlete's personal constraints and the training sessions carried out.
• Schedule telephone telephone appointments at specific times during the week according to the availability of the athlete, the coach and the formula chosen by the athlete.
• To meet the exchange requirements of each formula (videoconference, telephone exchanges, SMS, etc.).
• Individualize and personalize each training plan.

• Integrate into your planning specific specific muscular reinforcement activity and adapted to the person being followed (sheathing, plyometrics, proprioception, etc.).

• You are a specialist and practicing in competition the trail activity.
• Trail coaching is your main activity.

• You want to to share your knowledge and experience to participate in the development of the coaching activity.

• You are able to develop in autonomy an annual training plan for trail running and/or running composed of different work phases (PPG, PPS, recovery, etc...).
• You know how to set achievable goals and adapted to an athlete.
• You know how to use and use cross-training (cycling, skiing) in the development of a Trail training plan.

Don't forget to tell us if...

• You have experience in trail coaching.
• You have skills and prerogatives in physical preparation and weight training in a gym.
• You are used to telecommuting.
• You like social networks and communication.
• You have already worked within a coaching structure.
• You have additional diplomas (state diploma, university degree...).
• You have prerogatives to supervise the trail on the ground.

The conditions...

• Staps trainee under agreement: minimum level of licence 3.
• or Self-employed person declared with possibility of invoicing: micro entrepreneur regime or other.
• Remote working in telework with regular videoconference meetings.
