Go with Trails in France for a long crossing of 90 kilometers and 6000 D + / D- carried out in 3 days through the unique and wild landscapes of Dévoluy. Departure from Gap in the PACA region for an arrival in Lus-la-Croix-Haute in Auvergne Rhône-Alpes.
This crossing will allow us to discover the landscapes with the strong characteristics of this mountain territory isolated between the Southern and Northern Alps, Vercors and Ecrins.
Roaming between fir forests , vertiginous trails carved into the cliff , gigantic scree and lunar universe with the highlight of the Plateau de Bure and its unreal observatory and the Pic de Bure (2709) with its 360 ° panorama.
During the days, you will have the opportunity to learn running techniques that will allow you to progress in trail running, uphill, downhill, on rough terrain, use of poles, etc ...

You run very regularly and practice endurance sports (in addition to trail running: cycling, hiking, skiing, etc.). During the course you will be in very good physical shape.
