Partez avec Trails in France around the Écrins massif. A 4-day course to complete almost the entire tour of this wild massif130 km long, with a difference in altitude of 8,300 m.
From Vénosc, you will admire the Lake of Muzelle, the mythical Barre des Écrinsand the Mount Pelvouxand you will finish under the Grand Pic de la Meije in Mizoën. You will evolve on technical paths, in a rather committed alpine massif. The numerous glaciers of the massif will offer you sumptuous landscapes. With this course, you will travel in a decor of high mountain cradled by long glacial valleys.
During the days, you will have the opportunity to to improve running techniques that will allow you to progress in trailrunning uphill, downhill, on uneven terrain, use of poles, etc... With our mountain leader specializing in trail ridingYou will discuss all the issues related to the preparation and performance on an ultra-trail by addressing nutrition, recovery, training and many other topics.

About the course Between 20 and 50 km per day. Between 1.500 and 3.500 D+ per day. You will be able to do 10-hour mountain outings in a row.
