Go with Trails in France for a great crossing of 150 kilometers and 10,000 D + / D- carried out in 6 days and allowing to connect Chamonix, world capital of mountaineering to Zermatt, Swiss jewel at the foot of the mythical Mont Cervin (4478m).

This crossing will allow you to discover all the riches of the Haute Route with grandiose panoramas, magical trails and historic places which will punctuate each of our stages.

Roaming carried out mainly in Switzerland in land of 4000 where you will enjoy sublime panoramas on the glaciers and a trip by light mode thanks to our logistical assistance. You will find all your comfort, a good meal and your belongings every evening.

During the days, you will be supervised by a mountain guide specializing in the discipline and you will have the opportunity to learn the running techniques which will allow you to progress in trail running, uphill, downhill, on rough terrain, use of poles, etc ...

Venue and appointment time

8am at Chamonix train station ( Google map ) the first day of the course (transfer to Argentières: 10min)

1:30 p.m. in Zermatt / return by shuttle to Chamonix around 4 p.m.

The price includes

  • coaching by a mountain guide who specializes in trail
  • full board from the first day of the evening course to the last day of the midday course
  • your transport and the transport of your luggage during the stay

The price does not include

  • lunch on the first day at noon
  • drinks and personal expenses
  • cancellation and repatriation insurance
  • your route to the meeting point and from the end of the internship

- A 5 to 15 L backpack
- A waterproof or windproof jacket
- A warm long-sleeved top
- Tights or long pants in the bag

Level and prerequisites

Technical level 3/4: Overall technical

During the stay
Between 15 and 35 km per day
Between 1,200 and 2,300 D + per day
You will be able to go on outings from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the mountains.

Technical
You run in the mountains on technical and off-piste paths. You will encounter technical (scree, snowfields, steep slope) and aerial passages.

Prerequisites:
Regular training several times a week, with long outings (over 2 hours) and a maratrail experience (over 40 km)

Physical :
You run very regularly and practice endurance sports (in addition to trail running: cycling, hiking, skiing, etc.). During the trip you will be in excellent physical shape.

Technical :
You are comfortable on all types of trails and can meet very technical passages (scree, snowfields, steep slope) and aerial.
