A trail stay outside of France ? Yes, but not just anywhere!
The DolomitesAlpine massif listed as a world heritage of UNESCO and with a particular geology welcome us for 6 days of trail training.

Tre Cime di Lavaredo, Lakes of Braies, Landro, Croda da Lagoor the Cinque Torri of the fabulous landscapes absolutely every day !
We will follow part of the "alta via", on technical technical but not extreme pathssometimes on a balcony. These playgrounds are the scene of the Lavaredo Ultra Trail but also of the Dolomiti Extreme Trail. We will be welcomed in typical and very comfortable accommodations where the language spoken is sometimes Italian and sometimes German.
You will be supervised by a mountain leader specialised in the discipline and will tackle issues related to the management of effort over several days, nutrition, techniques of the race. Our logistic assistant will follow us with our luggage - it will be possible to shorten some stages for a "sustained" level and not "extreme".
9am in Cortina d'Ampezzo(Google Maps) on the first day of the course (possibility to stay the day before the course)

During the stay
Hiking/running trip of 6 to 8 hours per day in the mountains for 6 days
Possibility to shorten the steps thanks to our logistic assistant for a level "3/4 : Sustained" (especially steps 3, 4 and 5).

Running and endurance sports (cycling, ski touring, etc.) several times a week
Physical You practice trail running over relatively long distances and / or you are adept at long-distance hiking with a high mileage
